Our commitment
BlaBlaKiss is a social discovery app for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the service.
BlaBlaKiss maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual exploitation of minors, or any content or behavior that endangers children.
Prohibited content and behavior
The following content, conduct, or attempted conduct is prohibited on BlaBlaKiss and may result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, preservation of evidence, and reporting to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
- Any CSAM or sexualized content involving a minor, including photos, videos, computer-generated imagery, links, requests, or descriptions.
- Any attempt to groom, solicit, coerce, exploit, threaten, sextort, traffic, blackmail, or endanger a minor.
- Any profile, message, image, voice interaction, link, or behavior suggesting a user is under 18 or seeking contact with minors.
- Any attempt to evade moderation, recreate removed accounts, distribute illegal content, or encourage others to do so.
How users can report child safety concerns
BlaBlaKiss allows users to report child safety concerns in-app. Users can report profiles, messages, images, or suspicious behavior through the app reporting tools, including report and block flows available from relevant user and conversation screens.
Users may also contact our designated safety contact at 9378.quebec.inc@gmail.com. Reports should include enough information for review, such as the reported profile, message, screenshot context, date, and a short explanation of the concern. Do not send illegal CSAM content by email.
Moderation, removal, and enforcement process
When BlaBlaKiss receives a child safety report or detects potential CSAE or CSAM, we review the account, content, messages, metadata, and related safety signals available to us. We prioritize reports involving potential minors, exploitation, coercion, or illegal content.
If a violation is confirmed or reasonably suspected, BlaBlaKiss may remove or restrict content, disable discovery visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, block further contact, preserve relevant records, and prevent repeat abuse through account and device-level safety controls where available.
- Reports are triaged for urgency and child safety risk.
- Content or accounts that violate these standards are removed or restricted.
- Users involved in CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or evasion may be permanently banned.
- Where legally required or appropriate, BlaBlaKiss reports CSAM or child exploitation concerns to regional, national, or other competent authorities.
Legal compliance and authority reporting
BlaBlaKiss complies with applicable child safety laws and takes appropriate action when we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or child exploitation on the service.
We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement and relevant authorities. We may preserve account records, content references, and technical information when necessary to support safety investigations, comply with legal obligations, prevent harm, or enforce our Terms of Service.
Prevention and user safeguards
BlaBlaKiss uses product rules, age restrictions, reporting tools, blocking controls, moderation review, and enforcement workflows to reduce child safety risks. Because BlaBlaKiss is 18+ only, users who appear to be under 18 or who state that they are under 18 may be removed from the service.
We expect users to follow our Terms of Service, use reporting tools responsibly, avoid sharing personal information with suspicious accounts, and immediately report any concern involving minors, coercion, exploitation, or illegal sexual content.
