Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BlaBlaKiss, including the mobile app, website, discovery features, profiles, messages, voice features, account tools, and related services. By creating an account, accessing the service, or continuing to use BlaBlaKiss, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use BlaBlaKiss. These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, cookie notices, safety guidance, subscription terms, and any additional terms shown inside the product.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use BlaBlaKiss. By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use is permitted by the laws that apply to you.

You may not use BlaBlaKiss if you are prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law, if we previously removed or banned your account for serious violations, or if you are using the service on behalf of someone else without permission.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials, device, and recovery methods secure. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and not misleading.

BlaBlaKiss is designed for respectful social discovery. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with other users, or use the product in a way that creates harm, legal risk, or security risk.

Discovery features can show people nearby through WiFi, points of interest, and city-level experiences. You are responsible for using these features safely, reviewing your visibility settings, and making sound decisions before meeting or sharing personal information.

BlaBlaKiss does not guarantee compatibility, identity, conduct, intent, location accuracy, or the safety of any interaction. Use in-app controls such as blocking, reporting, Incognito mode, and privacy settings when needed.

You retain ownership of content you submit to BlaBlaKiss, including profile text, photos, messages, and other materials. You grant BlaBlaKiss a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, moderate, transmit, and adapt your content as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide your content and that your content does not violate these Terms, the rights of others, or applicable law.

We may review, remove, restrict, label, or preserve content and accounts when we believe it is necessary to operate the service, enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, investigate suspicious activity, or reduce risk.

We may suspend or terminate access to BlaBlaKiss with or without notice if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, used the service unlawfully, or exposed BlaBlaKiss to legal or security risk.

Some BlaBlaKiss features may require payment or a subscription. Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another app store are handled by that provider and are subject to the provider subscription, cancellation, refund, and billing rules.

Deleting your BlaBlaKiss account does not automatically cancel an active subscription managed by an app store. You must cancel store-managed subscriptions directly through Apple, Google, or the payment provider that billed you.

BlaBlaKiss may link to or integrate with third-party services, including authentication providers, app stores, analytics providers, payment processors, maps, social media, or customer support tools. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and privacy practices apply to their products.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, test, restrict, or replace features at any time. BlaBlaKiss may not always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free. Discovery results, location signals, recommendations, and user availability can change quickly and may be incomplete or inaccurate.

BlaBlaKiss is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlaBlaKiss and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for user conduct, third-party services, offline interactions, or events outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using BlaBlaKiss at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method.
