General FAQ
Quick answers before you start
These answers cover the basics of using BlaBlaKiss on the web and in the app. For account-specific help, contact support from the link below.
What is BlaBlaKiss?
BlaBlaKiss is a social discovery app that helps adults find and connect with people nearby through WiFi, points of interest, and city discovery.
How does nearby discovery work?
You can discover people through nearby WiFi networks, saved places, or a wider city view. Availability depends on your device permissions, location settings, and the discovery mode you choose.
Can I browse privately?
Yes. Incognito mode lets you browse without being visible first. You become visible only when you choose to interact, such as liking, messaging, or revealing your profile.
Why does the app ask for location permission?
Location helps BlaBlaKiss show relevant nearby people and places. You can manage location access in your device settings, and some discovery features may be limited if permission is turned off.
How do likes, matches, and chat work?
You can show interest from a profile. When interest is mutual or the other person accepts the interaction, you can continue with chat depending on the available in-app controls.
How do I manage my account or subscription?
Account details, preferences, privacy controls, and subscription options are managed inside the BlaBlaKiss app. Store subscriptions may also need to be managed through Apple or Google.
How do I report or block someone?
Use the in-app report and block controls from profiles or conversations. Reports help us review safety issues, spam, fake profiles, and unwanted behavior.
How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the public Delete Account page linked in the footer. Account deletion is permanent, and active app store subscriptions are managed separately by Apple or Google.
